PERSONAL LOGO BOOK
This is a project I worked on at the beginning of my Junior year of high school. I was instructed to pick an object that represented me. I chose a guitar because I play the guitar and it is one of the most calming and stress relieving things for me. I created my own rough sketch of what I wanted my logo to be. I then had to find a way to include my initials in this logo. As you can see, there is a "Z", for Zoe, surrounding the guitar to illustrate that the "Z" is the outline of the guitar. This has a deeper meaning that might not be apparent by simply looking at the logo. The "Z" is what shapes the guitar's structure. In my own life, playing the guitar has, in a way, shaped who I am by enabling me to express myself.
The addition music notes on the exterior and interior of the guitar made me realize that I could add my middle and last initial in there without making it too obvious. Two of the music notes are a "V" and an "A", to represent Victoria and Abrams.
The next step to making this book was to create a black on white logo and a white on black logo. These are the first two pages of the book.
The third page is a black and white composition with several of the logos in different places on the page.
The fourth page is a color composition. It is a different composition than the previous page and is also in color. The color scheme is a vibrant, watermelon ambiance.
The fifth page is a color pattern made from my logo, almost like wrapping paper.
The sixth and last part was to create personal stationery which included a pad of paper, an envelope, and business cards.
